In Pre-Industrial Age there medium of communication is using the caves, stones, and anything that capable of sculpturing, why, Because in Pre-Industrial Age the way to share there thoughts to others is to paint it in to the stone or in caves.

People used the power of steam, developed machine tools, established iron production, and the manufacturing of various products (including books through the printing press).
In Industrial Age the meduim of communiation has changed already compare it to Pre-Industrial Age its more likely useful and it easily can share there thought that everyone can read and also easily understand what's the meaning. Industrial Age they already developed machine tools that helps them to communicate to others. Printing Press, Newspaper, Typewriter and etc are the new way of communication in Industrial Age, this also have benefit example newspaper once you have one(1) copy of newspaper you can read it anytime again if you want to so you can also recall all the information.

The invention of the transistor ushered in the electronic age. People harnessed the power of transistors that led to the transistor radio, electronic circuits, and the early computers. In this age, long distance communication became more efficient.
Electronic Age, in this age the medium of communication has changed but its better because here in this age they already developed the radio, television and computer that really helps people to easily know what happen outside. And also in this age, long distance communication became more efficient. This age is the beginning of the better changes of medium in communication in there invention(radio, television, computer,etc.) gives everyone much information.

NEW / INFORMATION AGE
The Internet paved the way for faster communication and the creation of the social network. People advanced the use of microelectronics with the invention of personal computers, mobile devices, and wearable technology. Moreover, voice, image, sound and data are digitalized. We are now living in the information age.
New/Information age, where the communication became super easy also fit to everyone, using portable laptop, tablet, smatphone, etc. grants you whatever you want to know because using those gadget plus the internet you can search everything you want to know and it will popup as soon as possible. You can also talk with other people anytime everywhere using different application in smartphone like facebook, twitter, messenger, yahoo, etc.
